Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Cloud Provisioning & Activation
PipSo provides immediate cloud server slot allocation upon subscription activation. Due to computing infrastructure costs, subscriptions are non-refundable once activated and trade execution has commenced.
2. Technical Non-Delivery Guarantee
If due to a technical failure on PipSo's server side we are unable to connect your verified MT5 broker account within 72 hours of invoice approval, you are entitled to a 100% full refund upon contacting our WhatsApp support desk.
3. Disconnection & Expiry
You may disconnect your MT5 broker account at any time from your client dashboard. Your 21-day subscription access remains active until the expiration date of your current billing period.
